We were briefed to manage a social media campaign to support the UK distributor. Our goal was to increase user engagement and to repurpose user-generated content. We ran a number of competitions to encourage Smartshake users to share images of their product and highlight the bottle’s versatility. This then provoked further engagement and provided powerful reviews of the product which could be used in other marketing assets.
We engaged a number of high profile athletes and sporting personalities to act as influencers, reviewing the product alongside fitness bloggers and editors. We ran a number of competitions and giveaways themed around key sporting events to drive social sharing. The social media campaign saw an increase of 4,000 followers and a 68% increase in engagement.
