Pall Mall Medical is a private healthcare facility with clinics in Manchester, Newton-le-Willows, and Liverpool. We were briefed to help Pall Mall Medical launch in Liverpool as well as to raise awareness about the range of expert medical professionals located at the hospital.
Ahead of the Liverpool launch, we worked with Pall Mall Medical to learn more about their potential audience in the local area. We planned a green carpet launch event in line with their branding. Over 150 guests attended the event and 43 pieces of media coverage were generated around the event. In the build-up to the event and in the weeks that followed, we ran a series of speaker events linking in relevant experts and raising awareness of various healthcare issues among the Liverpool community.
We used our extensive network of healthcare journalists and media contacts to place Pall Mall’s experts in print and online media outlets. This often took the form of healthcare Q&A’s, topical healthcare phone-ins and meet the doctor. We made use of topical news items and healthcare awareness dates to provide outlets with expert spokespeople as appropriate. Pall Mall Medical’s experts featured in 56 publications including Marie Claire, Harper’s Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, Men’s Health, Women’s Health, and GQ. Based on SEO insight, we also created a content marketing strategy producing blogs, e-books, white papers and leaflets covering various healthcare topics.
Following on from the Liverpool launch, we helped to officially launch the Manchester King Street clinic with an event of 200 attendees. We managed the event in full, coordinating gift bags, green carpet arrivals, and press.
